I have a kawasaki prarie 360 4x4 4-wheeler that starts and idles fine but once you get on the throttle pretty good it starts to misfire (sputter) and won't pick up speed. I tried replacing the spark plug and noticed it is getting fouled pretty quick. Can you give me some advice. Thanks Mike.
Check battery for full 12 volt. newer models wont run on half charged bateries
I don't know if I can solve it but it sounds to me like you're not getting enough fuel. has it been sitting awhile or just start doing this randomly? If it's been sitting there's a pretty good chance you'll need to clean you carburetor. when gas sits in the bowl of your carburetor for too long it will get thick and smell almost like varnish. My Suzuki 250 4x4 had a similar misfire and cleaning the carb fixed mine.

Thanks Denver 965, it has not been sitting for too long but I will try cleaning the carb anyway and let you know
I have a simular problem with my 05 prarie 360, it does great until i get to about half throttle then it feels like, a force or a pressure builds up against the throttle. When going down hills and slowly letting of the throttle the atv backfires depending upon how fast i am going before i let off the throttle.
