Charging problem/no start 95 ninja zx6r

Bike ran but hesitation at high rpm, found that it was not charging, shut it off then could not restart. starter relay cicks rapidly and voltage is good, battery is good, sometimes push to start and nothing except the lights dim. replaced relay 1 year ago. could be bad ground in starter?I also found that before it would not start i used a jumper box to start it and as soon as i removed the leads the bike shut off?WTF? also there was a carbon like smell when it was alive.

If lights dim when trying to start,Battery is to weak(may have 12 volts but not enough amps)
Bike dieing when removing power from jumper says the lighting coil on the stator plate is bad and this could also have killed the voltage regulator,Which would kill the battery by over charging it.
Hesitation and carbon smell could be from a non firing cylinder.

So,Take the battery and have it load tested (free at most auto part stores)
Check for power from the lighting coil on the stator
Replace the voltage regulator.

check your Thermostat is engaging, if you have a haynes/clymer manual it will show you how.

check that the radiator is filled 100% from the cap and bled of air by squeezing the hoses,

Let the bike sit for a bit, try and restart it first. This sounds like you just flooded it. Post again if the problem persists and I can assist you with some further actions.
