This looks like a blown fuse. You will have to check the fuses, I'd suggest to start with the high amp fuses located in the fuse box hidden between the battery and the left fender, underneath a larger fuse box containing lower amp fuses.
You will see in one row (front of car to back): one fuse in an orange housing, space, 6 fuses. You are probably looking for fuses number 4 (70 A) or 8 (60 A).

If these aren't blown, check the rest - there's quite a bunch of them... As, at this point, you will already have reached the underhood fusebox with 'lower amp' fuses, you can start with the fuses located there. The third fusebox is under the panel you would be able to touch with your left knee while sitting in the driver's seat if you moved forward (if you have your steering wheel on the LH side of the car).

Good luck!

SOURCE: central locking

I am not very familiar with this auto maker, however it seems as if the door warning sensor is fused in the open position. I would recommend changing the sensor. I'll do some more research on this auto maker and provide more specific details on how to complete the change. Thank You

SOURCE: central locking wiring clio

I had a problem where my key fob did not lock or unlock the car, Renault Clio Dynamique, but the central locking button in the car did still work and engine turned over fine. Changed the key fob battery still nothing. Read online about disconnecting and reconnecting the car battery, (negative only) and hey presto it worked! All working fine now!

Electrical problems with 2002 dodge dakota 4x4 quad cab 3.9v6

The Central Timer Module (CTM, called BCM on some vehicles) supports or controls:
Automatic door lock/central locking
Battery protection
Chimes
Exterior lights (park lamps, fog lamps, headlamps)
Interior lights
Intermittent wiper control
Power lock control
Remote keyless entry (RKE)
Vehicle Theft Security System (VTSS)
Remote radio control (from steering wheel)

It covers all the problems you described except the 4WD controls. I suspect you may want to have the CTM checked, or do like I did and just replace it (used about $75-$100 on eBay). Make sure you get the part number on yours and match the number portion (not necessarily the two letter suffix) EXACTLY.
It should be located behind the kick panel to the left of the driver's feet (that's where it is on my 2003 Dakota), but may be to the right of the glove box (have to remove the glove box to get to it).

Dash and interior lights do not work

Dash lights are on the same fuse as the tail lights. Dash lights not working is an indication that the tail lights are not working. The first thing to check is that the tail light fuse is not blown. Most of the time replacing the tail light fuse will restore both the tail lights and the dash/interior lights. If this is not the case you may have to trace the wires and look for a broken or unplugged wire in the harness.

Radio, clock, interior light and central locking not working

This is as a result of a short occurring most likely in the radio harness.

It happened me while working on a customers car. In my case checked all fuses and they all appeared fine, both those under the hood/bonnet and those underneath the steering wheel.

After studying the workshop electrical schemmatics for the car it appears that the clock, interior lights, central locking receiver and radio permanent live/battery are all on the one line.

In effect damage had occurred after the internal fuse panel, therefore all fuses were ok and supplying power across them, but at some point after there was a break in the wire.

However you DO NOT need to remove dash and or replace harnesses to rectify.

Look at the fuse panel underneath the steering wheel. Slot 18 (bottom RHS) and you will see in raised plastic 'BACK UP'. Inserting a 10A fuse here will restore the interior lights, radio, clock and your central locking.

There is a small plastic piece in the way which prevents a fuse going in. Simply use a thin pair of pliers, scissors or a screwdriver (or similar tool) to break this and all pieces of it away until you are able to insert the 10A mini blade fuse.

Problem Sorted!

(I believe the fact this back up exists is because the designers of electrical system at mitsibushi realised it had shortcomings or this would be a potential problem - and included the back up for such an occurence)
