Try running it with the choke partially on. Most Arctic Cats are jetted for higher altitude operation from the factory and need a larger main jet installed. Partially closing the choke will make it operate until you can get the carb rebuilt with a larger jet.

sounds like the carb is gummed up or a jet or something in the carb has a slight blockage might need to check the carb over and either clean the carb yourself or have someplace else rebuild it or clean it

First make sure your choke circuit is working. May be an indication that your carb needs to be cleaned. I wouldn't replace it yet= clean it. If the choke circuits and the carb check out fine. An unresponsive motor/ carb usually means bad valves or valve timing. Example: it runs rich, spits fuel out the carb no matter how lean you set it. Even with the idle air closed it runs rich... intake valve is not closing or closing late. In that case it needs valves serviced.

Carb no doubt needs a rebuild. Dirt, debris, is not allowing fuel in. Check fuel lines as well. No need to do a part job. Carb ports easily get clogged

Running only with full choke is a fuel problem. Unhook fuel line from carb. it should run good. If not go back the line. Check the fuel cap vent.

Are you sure its carb related? I would check compression when unit is cold, then check compression when unit is warmed up (right after unit dies), check for variance and compare to spec. Also, I would have a spark tester inline and visually check this as unit dies. Does unit loose spark before engine dies? Well the choke has an electric part that heats up and makes the choke open in a few minutes. As soon as the engine starts the choke should open about 25 percent by way of a vac pull-off.
You can take the air cleaner off and watch the choke while someone starts the engine cold. If the choke does not open after it starts, check the choke pull-off. You can also open the choke with a screwdriver to see if the engine clears up.

check the carb out clean it and the lines also just to be sure check the sparkplugs

please check your sediment bulb or fue filter going to it..blow the line backward the may be rust in your tank
