Not sure if this will help... however an altmeter will allow you to test along your electrics for any faults. You can check at the lights for example and throught the system.

My Eliminator Intelligent Battery Charger, now flashes 000 regardless of what battery I put it on. Can I reset it and get my charger working again?

you can try to reset your charger and get it working again:

Check the battery voltage: Use a voltmeter to check the voltage of your battery. If it's below 3 volts, it may be too low for the charger to detect. In this case, you may need to use a different charger or replace the battery.

Check the connections: Make sure that the battery terminals are clean and securely connected to the charger. Loose connections can cause voltage drops and prevent the charger from detecting the battery.

Check the fuse: If your charger has a fuse, check if it's blown. A blown fuse can prevent the charger from working properly.

Reset the charger: Unplug your charger from the power source and remove any connected batteries. Wait for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. This should reset your charger and clear any error codes.

If none of these steps work, you may need to contact customer support

Okay, I'm working on a scooter for my nephew that originally came with (2) 12 volt 12Ah batteries minus the charger. and I know I need to replace them with (2) batteries of the same 12 volts and lets

not exact, to charge apropiate needs 10% more than nominal voltage. if not, will not charge the batteries.
And the charger its very important because you can over charge the battery. An example,if you have a 12 Amps Batteries each one if you put it in series will be 24 Volts.at parallel conection will be 12 volts but the double of Amps.
At serial connection will be 12 Volts the amps will be the same but the volts will be 24.

The charger at 12 Volts must be 13.8-14.5 DC Volts and divide the Amps in Hours.
The charger at 24 Volts must be 26-28 Volts. to charge well.

The charger for 12 amps batt example must charge 2 amps per hour at 6 hours = 12 Amps.(2 Amps Charger by 6 Hours Charging= 12 Amps.(Fully Charged.
3 Amperes Charger needs 4 Hours to charge 12 amps Batt.
5 Amperes Charger needs 2 Hours charging an a quarter
All of this is at DC Current.

Luck.

Low battery backup

Have a read of the trouble shooting guide here,
http://www.razorama.com/razor-installation-guides.html

It sounds like a fault with the charger. Test the charger output with a voltmeter to confirm correct operation. IF OK then check the wiring , fuse, switch conections between the charger and the battery.

A brand new Samsung GT-S5233S is unable to charge low batteries. Salesman said the battery is too low and it can be charged only through universal battery charger. Any expert advice on this issue.

Hi. Thanks for using fixya.
The salesman is correct. Cell phone batteries need a "boost" sometimes when they are really dead. You can purchase a universal charger at a local store or order it real cheap on ebay. The battery will have to be charged outside of the phone.
Another way to get your battery going again is to put it in the freezer.
1)Place the battery in a seal-able plastic bag and place it in the freezer. This plastic bag protects the battery from condensation.
2)Allow the battery to freeze for 24 hours. Remove the battery from the freezer and allow it to thaw for 4 to 8 hours
3)Return the battery to the phone and turn the phone on. Make sure the battery is no longer cold before returning it to the phone.

This will revive your battery also. But for a new phone, I recommend getting a universal charger. U wont have to use it often. Its just to "jump-start" the battery.
I hope your battery works soon.

Am using iPhone 4, the battery was low (not fully drained) suddenly it went off & since that time i cannot switch it on & it doesn't turn on. My phone is almost dead for 2 days now.

    1. 1. Connect the Charger and wait for 3-4 hours. After that, try to turn the iphone.
    2. If not, try it on another charge Charger or usb port.
    3. If all else fails, you need to contact the service for battery replacement or repair.

    Peg perego 12 volt battery

Although what the previous post is correct, if the battery is new, and if you have the peg perego charger, you need to charge it 36 hrs the first time. After that, you can charge overnight. The peg perego charger has a small light on the front. When you plug the battery in the plugged up charger, it will show amber. When battery is charged it will show green. Don't leave it plugged up, after the first charge, longer than 24 hours.
