It's your freeze plug, If it was a head gasket you won't see it pouring instead coolant will going inside the engine mix with oil check the oil dipstick if it is pure oil not a head gasket problem, if it is mix with oil its overfull and color is white and car would smoke white running.

HELP!!!! Please & Thank You. I have an 05 Buick Rendezvous 3.4L just changed intake gasket manifolds and now water is shooting from the radiator.. What could this be?

indicates blown head gasket
do a compression test to confirm then replace head gaskets and have the head/s shaved as they will be warped

Head gasket or lower intake gasket on 98 Blazer

this does sound like a head problem (hopefully just the gasket). pulling the head with the exhaust manifold attached is possible but tricky and difficult. risking the bolt and drilling it out if it snaps would be alot easier. I would strongly suggest having the head checked while its off (so you dont rebuild to find that you wasted time and money on a bad head)

Leaking fluid from over flow hose

Could be a bad head gasket or intake manifold gasket, clogged radiator, or air trapped in the system.

Have a coolant leak on a 96 4.0 engine that appears to be coming between the intake manifold and the head. does coolant run through the manifold?

The head has freeze plug(s) to prevent engine and head from cracking under extreme hot (over-heating) and cold (sub-zero temp).

When the coolant system over-heat,the hose and radiator are the 1st defense.

If the drive keep driving the freeze plug will give out to protect the engine block and head.

Have water leaking in front of motor behind a c compressor.checked and replaced water pump, still leaking.is thier a freeze plug behind a c compressor?

You don't say which engine you have but if I were you I would get a cooling system tester and test your cooling system. Very simple to use you just remove your radiator cap and install the tester and pump it up to the PSI listed on your radiator cap. You may be able to rent one. After you pump it up watch for the leak and pinpoint it. Not knowing which engine you have, I'm guessing the 4.3 liter. I believe there is a heater hose connector in the right hand side of your intake manifold. Those are common for leaking. I'm not sure where your compressor is located. Also you may have an intake manifold gasket leaking which is common. With the tester you should be able to trace it down. Also it is possible that your new pump could be faulty or it it possible that you didn't get the gasket surface area clean?

On my 1983 Crown Vic, the water disappears and I'm not sure where its going. new water pump, thermostat, ran great for 6 months after these were installed. not leaking, radiator was flushed out, new oil...

There is a chance the water it' been burn by the car . It's posible that a internal leak between the Intake manifold gasket or the head gasket going thruogh the combustion chamber.
A good idea will be to perform a radiator pressure test to determine that, also you can have your sparkplugs inspected for signs of an abnormal condition, sometimes they can tell you a lot.

I had new intake manifold gadket installed noe

Since problem developed after head gasket replaced. I would look at head gasket. Try re-torque head bolts. Was correct gasket size installed? (due to wear and tear, sometimes OEM gasket is no longer correct).
