06 s83 won't start. Rode for 70 miles, parked in

06 s83 won't start. Rode for 70 miles, parked in garage, tried to start the next day, lights came on, neutral lt on, kill switch off, clutch lever in, push start button, lights dim, but nothing else happens, no clicking or any noise. Re-charged battery, no difference, ck'd fuses all good, replaced starter relay with new one, still no difference. I have 12V at starter relay, but cannot get any continuity across relay. Any ideas?

I have 12 v at battery and 11.75 v at starter when trying to start.

Just had my battery ck'd at Advance Auto, tested bad. They didn't have one for my bike, so I will get one later. Thanks for the help

What voltage do you have at the battery as you attempt to start the bike? What voltage at the starter as you attempt to start the bike? Low at battery while under load means bad battery. Low at starter means loose connection somewhere.

Replace your battery although you have 12 volts your battery is producing very little amps not even enough to energize your start relay let alone your starter motor

your battery needs at least 18 amp hour rating to turn your starter

volts=electric pressure amps= speed of electron flow thus: 12v at few amps will light a lamp but, not turn over a starter motor that requires 18ah replace your
    "worn out " battery

My suzuki 2005 s83 boulevard oil looks like chocolate milk.Bike has only 8000 miles.Rode and checked oil the other day was fine.I only rode 1 mile, not that hard.Checked oil today...looks bad

Sounds like water / oil emulsification. Is your bike water cooled or air cooled? If it's water cooled then you may have a gasket leak. If it's air cooled then you may not be riding the bike enough to get a good temp up inside the engine which would drive off the condensation inside the crank case / sump thereby leading to the emulsification. You say you rode an easy mile - certainly that's not enough to get the temp up enough to drive off the water. Was the bike running ok? Was it accelerating and braking ok? If so then try a cautious longer run and keep an eye on your levels. If in doubt consult a bike shop.
