All motorcycles have a " Kill/engine stop switch ". They have to by law. Usually it's right next to the starter button on the right side handlebar switches. Usually it's the button to the left of the start.

That sounds like either a faulty pump or pressure switch inside the pump housing. Unfortunately they are in the fuel tank.
Check by substitution if power is on the wires going to the pump. Don't forget to check the return wire!

Front light

pull the light from it's bezel and check plug for fit and cleaness and wires in side for split or broken also look at ground wire if none of the above try the switch take it apart and check for cleaness.
