I think you have to go from the left hand side, and if memory serves it will be to the right of the alternator.

Bottom of motor there is about a 31/2" round cover with a bolt through the middle thats the filter you may have to remove the exhaust to get to it on your bike

If you examine the failed plug and check the condition of it. It could be overheating, oil up, carbonize. Not enough information for me to cast an oppinion.
Check your owners manual to see what the plug should run like. If it is overheating, try a harder plug.

Most likley to be the clutch basket roller bearing worn and allowing the clutch basket to rattle. Could be the alternator chain tensioner needs looking at.

SOURCE: kawasaki 1994 ZZR 1100 d camshaft bolts torque settings

Camshaft cap bolts are 12 N-m

Change the oil on a zzr 1100

Warm engine up...

There are two sump bolts on these motors...one near the oil filter bolt under the engine towards the rear...the other is next to the oil cooler line fitting under the front of the motor...remove drain bolts and then remove filler cap as it speeds up draining. When drained...refit bolts and remove oil filter (round cover under rear of motor, centre bolt with same size head as sump plugs). Fit new filter and refill oil with approx. 3.5 litres...

1995 Kawasaki ZZR 1100 clutch fluid leaking

Follow the hydraulic clutch line to the slave cylinder on the left side of the motor. You should be able to see if it's leaking from there. If it is,remove the three bolts that hold the slave cylinder on. It should be dry behind there. If it's not,
find a slave cylinder rebuild kit from K&L.

Bike wont start just a clicking

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

Initially, charge and load test the battery.

Offhand with a fully charged battery, jump the 2 big terminals of the starter relay. If the starter motor spins, then faulty starter relay.

could be valve noise valves should be check at regular intervals a chance it may be a wearing cam chain

Zzr1100 wont start think its the starter motor when pressed nothink take of stand rock it back and forth then it will start

sounds more like a neutral sensor switch or the wire. if your particular bike requires the deployment of the clutch to start then the same applies to the clutch sensor,
