Got a yamaha rt 180,can get it to idle,but then wont rev up complete,or can get it to rev up complete,but wont idle then

Check your jets to make sure nothing is damaged. What type of carburetor? Slide, CV (Slide and butterfly), or Fixed Venturi (Butterfly only) Carburetor? If its a CV check the diaphragm. Also look at your throttle cable routing and make sure it isn't getting caught on anything or routed so tightly the cable can't maneuver through the sheath. If none of that works your fuel mixture screw/idle adjusters all all out of whack and it will need to be adjusted. Cheers!

My rt 100 is blowing white smoke and barely idles, also what kind of oil goes in the oil tank and what oil goes in the crank case thanks.

I see this is for an RT vehicle -- the post indicated it was a motorcycle.
