Your bike does not use tranny oil.only motor oil.your gears are lubricated by your motor oil as well as your clutch.it works by a sump system.I use yamahlube for my bike.

Transmission oils are primaraly hydrolic fluid they don't have any detergents in them to contain the oil suspended in them, and they are not a very good source of lubrication for bearings or clutches

Sounds like you have sticking lifters. On your next oil change run motor flush through it before you change oil. There's also additives you might try of oil change isn't in near future - Risolone or Marvel Mystery Oil (I know, sounds weird) both are fantastic products.

Hi my shop rider will not go forward it just juders on the spot the batterys are fully charged but this makes no diffrence

Hi. Sounds like worn motor brushes, or a stuck brush in the motor. Unscrew the brush caps and check that the brushes can move freely. Sometimes it helps to give the brushes a very light filing with a fine file.
When you do up the caps again, be careful as they can crack if done up to tight, but they need to be firm.
Good luck. Neil.

Dose not shift when outside temp is 20 degrees

may have aweak pump. try flushing the transmission with a bg machine, that might help.it works 60% of the time i think irs worth a try, and also in cold temps the oil is real thick many car and trucks shift slower. you should let it warm up, that make a big diffrence through out the whole truck. hope this helps.

Diffrence bwetween ac in volts and dc

DC is direct current and AC is alternating current.

eg; 12 volts DC stays 12 volts constantly, positive or negative.

12 volts AC (at 60 Hertz or cycles per second) alternates from positive to negative then back to positive voltage again 60 times per second.
