Broken kick starter gear

Two questions on a 04 (air cooled) CRF 150 with big bore kit to 202

1) Does anyone offer a stronger gear set for the 150?

2) Before I order the wrong one, is the cylinder and head gasket the same for both stock and big bores?

No other gear set available to my knowledge. The correct set of gears should be able to handle an extra 50cc. The head gasket and cylinder gasket should also be the same. If they arn't, the larger gaskets would come with the kit.

Kick-starter does not always engage. Pushstarting will make it engage, but there is a rattling noise when running. Is there something loose in the internal casing?

where the kick start shaft is behind that side cover is a spring, sounds like it is broken,pull kicker off and remove the cover and you will see it.

The accessory radiators offer 30%more efficient cooling, they are also lighter and stronger than standard radiators.
I know this doesnt answer the fan question, and I have seen computer fans etc fitted , but without a thermostat to turn them on and off, I have doubts about how much they really help, you also need to be concerned with current draw by the fan flattening the battery.

How do you tell if honda motor froze up

can you move the kick starter? if no kick starter, then take the spark plug out and put it in first gear and see if it rolls, lol if its locked up you might just free it back up and run again,

HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE OIL ON A HONDA CRF 150

right under the lever where you switch gears there is a big 24mm nut thats where you drain it,and on the other side of engine by the kick start lever is the cap/dip stick to add new oil, remember use motorcycle oil not car/auto oil,car oil breaks down to fast in the high heat little engines,happy trails,yz-maniac......

did you get the high torqe starter installed when you put the big boar kit on.the factory starter doesnt like the big boar kits.if you did you may have broken teeth on starter or starter ring
