The crankset and pedals on that bike or any other are not unique to one model. Either the original or compatible replacements are available at a variety of sources, but there are several dimensions that are important. Best to go to a bike shop or bike co-op to get info on what is needed and available.

Most parts are interchangeable if you need to repair your bicycle (since most components are made by other manufactures like Shimano). What are you trying to accomplish.
Sorry to inform you, but there is no adjustments available for the forks that come with your bike. Adjustable forks (just the fork) start in around $250-.
On the positive side since there is not adjustment capability the fork does not need regular servicing like the adjustable forks.
