Check the connections to the battery and make sure they are tight, then check battery voltage. next check fuses. you should find a cause of your problem somewhere in this area.

Check the battery voltage. Make sure the battery doesn't discharge under load.

93 Nissan 300zx no crank no start.

head lamps work, jumper cable jump starts fail>?y/n?
ah a simple failure, not dead engine complex.
this has only 6 causes, of no crank. using voltmeter makes the job near childs play. if you do that, guessing will be $$$$$$$
A/T trans or M/T auto or stick , not the same.
you shorted out wires under the dash with that key act.
that blows fuse if lucky or blows up very very expensive electronics. nobody here knows what you blew out.
only using meter finds this. a voltmeter (DMM)
all one word left off, I broke off the metal key inside the ignition switch so then hot wired the switch
bingo now I under stand what you did.
a new ignition switch is best.
I think there is no IMMO here
I found a free service manual (real) online
let me see what fuse you blew up.
if you short out the key switch or starter relay
yes the fuse link blows. for sure.
fuse 19 is the starter fuse, not blown.
volt meter check IGN switch has power white wire is power in,if dead, link is blown
turn to ST start, and ST pin goes to 12vdc
as does starter out relay pin B/Y to starter

now the free manual
https://procarmanuals.com/pdf-online-nissan-300zx-1993-service-manual/

now you have full schematics in the EL chapter,.
see 1 below in part.

start path fuse battery must be good.

1985 toyota camry wont start after cuting wires for radio no when cutting wires i heard light no hazards no power no nothing

most likely blew a fuse or more so a fuse-able-link which is the larger high ampere fuses in the main fuse compartment under the hood.

Most likely a fuse blew when the lamp blew, there is internal fuses on the power supply board on these mitsubishi's, if the fuse is ok though then most likely another component somewhere failed.

No Power to Ignition Switch on 1990 Pace Arrow/Ford 460-v8

defintely sounds like fuse or relay. also could be relay for your headlights thats runs to the ignition switch as well. trace your wires from ignition switch out through the firewall and see where they go. may need to have second person help. Wherever the wires go is prob your problem. Most likely a relay. also check for any hot wires loose touching thats shortening the circuits.

I think my picture tube just blew up It will not power up

since projection tvs have 3 tubes, it sounds more like a fuse, or power supply.

I went to start my triumph and let it idle for about ten minutes. I began to leave and as soon as I pulls the throttle it died. I then opened the choke and restarted it but as soon as I gave it gas it...

Sounds like its been sitting a while and you have to clean the jets in the carb.

As for the electrical problem.
Sounds like it could be the ignition main fuse. There is a main hot wire off the battery that goes to your ignition switch that is always hot, when you turn your key it sends that power to everything else.
That hot wire has an inline fuse that is not in the fuse box. It probaly blew from trying to start the bike repeatedly and the wires got hot and the fuse blew. Clean your carbs, and check that fuse.

Not working at all. my washer was on working and i heard a big bang and my electrics went off, i turned everything back on and the washer started up again but then stopped and now will not work. when...

Hello,

The ticking that you hear is probably the timing motor for the dial.

Was the "bang" from outside the house? If so, then a transformer probably blew and hit your house with a power surge. Motor is likely damaged, and will need replacement.

If the bang was inside the house, the capacitor on the motor probably blew (unusual failure mode though), and will need to be replaced, motor is likely damaged as well.

Car won't start

Nahh, its not that bad!
Its either your battery who is empty and need to be charged again or its the electronic box who need to be restarted.
Sometimes if the battery gets empty it can give the electronic box wrong signal, therefore it needs a restart, it can only be done at the ww service center. But try first to charge your battery, i think that will get your car to start again. The ticking noise and the non functioning door is because your empty battery.

You can either charge the battery (the best way to do it) or try to ger someone to tow your car to start and then drive for 45-50 minutes, thar will also charge your battery.

Good luck to you

Nic
