Pull the slide out of the carb then remove the jet needle and move the clip one notch lower on the needle.

Motor seems to idle and run okay however it bogs down when you pull throttle quickly .it is a 1967 triumph 650 single carburetor .

Hi,,remove and clean the carb. before doing this you might want to check the air screw on the side of the carb, with the bike running turn the screw half a turn in and give the bike a rev,if it bogs more, turn the screw half a turn out and see if throttle response improves.

Hi i got a second hand crf 250r for christmas its a 2005 model. i had it running perfectly in the garden for about 30 minutes i put it back in the garage left it for about a week and half mabey 2 weeks,...

Hello,

This is a common problem depending on the area you live in.

Try this; quickly snap the throttle 3 -5 times and kick start it immediately. Do not open the throttle while trying to kick start your bike. You can open it about 1/4 of the way just before you kick start it, but let go of the throttle just as you kick start it - kick back sux and can hurt you.

You may have to run the bike a little richer (Carb adjustment).

Hope this helps. Please vote if this information was useful to you. Thanks!

1984 aspencade starts w/choke and revs up, runs smooth. Take off

My 'wing won't run unless it has been warmed up some. I would suggest that you r&r your carbs to make sure the jets in the bottom are working correctly. They tend to get plugged up, especially after sitting & the aluminum flaking off inside... Rick
