I recently brought a keeway tx 125 s and took it to a national speed limit road to find out that it only goes 50...
I brought it brand new and the engine is just about been drove in.
I am wondering if any one knows if it has any restrictors in it and if so where and how to get to them

try the needle on the end of throttle where i goes into carb, mine was wor and very loose moved needle to a higher notch and away it went. but really needs new needle
