if this product instructions are not useful to help you install your device in the car and get the sound playing properly, I would recommend using a mobile mechanic to hook up the device and debug it for you as this will save you much time. But you can re-attempt the install based on the instructions once more as you might have accidentally skipped a step.
Power and HDD LED's are on the front of the computer case. The connectors for them are there and they can only plug in to one place usually if not the board is labeled as you say . You can't hurt it so try plugging them in where they fit.
Most fans of the same size run at the same speeds and will have a noise level about the same If you can get a larger fan that runs at a slower speed and will fit this will be the best method
THe tire size is very important. Originally ford aspire had 155 70 r 13. It is impossible to find the same size in USA. If you put a bigger tire...then you brake the wheel bearing. My 2 cents Art
