Not much information here but the first thing I would look at would be your ignition coil followed by your stator. It is more likely to be your stator (they can build up heat then cut out only to cut back in once temps have dropped ) but this is harder to check whereas the ignition coil is easy to get to and replace for not too much money. Never hurts to have a spare coil around.
Testing of the stator requires a mulitmeter and a bit more knowledge. Replacement of the stator is much more work than replacing the ignition coil.

My RayPak R336A gas heater fired right up, but 15 minutes into heating, got a loud buzzing sound. If I shut heater for 10 minutes and turn back on, no buzz, but starts up again a few minutes later.

There is a transformer in that unit to convert the high power to probably 24 volts. If it is still working when it is buzzing, the problem is most likely the lamination in the transformer core is loose and vibrating.

Baler started on fire I was only baling for 10 minutes didn't have time bearing to get hot is it possible a switch on monitor to start fire

unlikely but a loose wire connection at the switch ( arcing) or a shorting wire will cause sparks or the wire will get ret hot and either of those will light the straw
