Champion built motorhomes from the early 1970s until the mid-1980s. While Dodge powertrains supplied the momentum for Champion Class A motorhomes through the 1970s, the Class C between 16 and 22 feet were powered on General Motors chassis frames. 1986 was the final year of Champion motorhome production.
It will be nearly impossible to find a chassis wiring diagram for a vintage orphan RV. Perhaps an online enthusiast forum or keep an eye on eBay.

You are contemplating a MAJOR project. Rebuilding an engine like that, without prior experience, would likely end in a basket of parts. I am not trying to be mean in any way. I am just wanting to be sure you have a concept of the project. Consider doing a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle with only a 40 watt light bulb 10 feet away. That is pretty much what you are wanting to do. Even with a factory service manual, and a buddy to help, it is a tough project without experience. Some special tools are needed as well as a trained eye. In many cases ya gotta know what to look for. Do it yourself but only if you can accept the strong possibility that the bike will never be ridden again. I have been working on bikes for over 40 years in Yamaha, Honda and Kawasaki shops and 8 years in my own shop. Think twice on this.

you will find the wireing diagram you require in the genuine kawasaki workshop manual for your model available through any kawasaki dealership due to the age of your machine you will more than likely have to put it on back order

Any Kawasaki dealer can look up the code and tell you what year and model your bike is. The parts department usually is the one with the codes. Give them a phone call. Once you know the year and model, the following site MIGHT have a free service manual PDF download. http://www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp Most manuals are in English but some are not. There is no way to be sure without doing the download. You can always delete it if in a foreign language. Another site is available for viewing only but is limited to parts diagrams w/ part numbers and prices.
