The seat will not open 2008 Piaggio XEvo 250

The lock on the seat of my Piaggio Xevo is stuck so that the seat won't close properly. Can I fix this myself? @

Hi You first open the refuel cap cover There is the cable wich opens the rear cargo compartment From there you reach th seat latch an manualy release him There you are !!!

same voltage as the batteries in series connection ( 12 volt batteries connected positive to negative is series and would be 24 volts

Piaggio Xevo 2009. It starts but when I try to accelerate is like the fuel doesn't go into the engine the rpm goes up barely. It started riding down the road. The gas indicator says it has gas left.
