I suggest taking a garden hose and have someone spray your car while you are inside finding the leek stop the leek first .Take a house fan and an extention cord out to car, let fan blow on wet area until dry. another idea is to use a hair dryer. If you dont stop leek you will have a mold problem in no time. If this was helpful please leave good feedback.

SOURCE: 2004 FORD MUSTANG CONVERTIBLE

Charge up the battery or install a known good one. Start the car and remove the neg. battery cable. If the car dies, the alternator is bad. When you jump start it and it runs for a minute and dies, the car is actually running off of the battery rather than the alternator. The only purpose of the battery is to start the car, the alternator then keeps the car running and sends power to the rest of the car.

Take the car through a car wash and watch for leaks. Usually window seals. You can buy replacement window seals

SOURCE: 2006 mustang water leaking rear floor

Hi , Its leaking water on the passenger rear floor? It could be the heater core leaking and running down the floor board to the rear of the vehical. Do you smell antifreez or see moisture build up on the windshield ? does the car seem more "humid" inside?

2004 Ford Mustang water floor behind drivers seat lotta rain lotta water 1-2". Same level as lower portion of trunk. Could it runs along the window, body seal/trunk to floor?

I don't think it can make from the trunk to the back floor.A better bet would be a leak with the weatherstripping at the back or bottom of the driver's door.

Have a leak in my Mustang 2003 convertable. Drivers side back floor when it rains gets water on floor. Need to know how to fix this problem

I have had this problem before, remove the inner trim panel on the rear look down at the bottom of the fender well there is a drain hole there, it is probably plugged up, it is there to drain rain water out of the car that comes in when it rains. Hope this helps, let me know.

2004 MUSTANG REVERSE LIGHTS KEEPS BLOWING FUSE WHEN SHIFTED TO REVERSE , SWITCH IS UNPLUGED

Check for water in the transmission selector pack.

After rain or a good car wash, water can get into this transmission gear selector/sensor box.

attach to transmission, and move/select by the linkage RND21 movement.

I have to replace my selector box because the bad contact tell the trans computer it's on a different gear!
