Replaced Aprilia rs50 2006 indicators with LED ones + LED flasher relay though they light up but DON'T FLASH?

I am not a electronic wizz but i believe the led's will light up but do not have enough resistance to cause the internal breakers to work.
I found this.
The post that had the link said that it fixes fast blink and no blink conditions. http://www.greggscustoms.com/instruc...istor_Inst.pdf

I have just replaced my old indicators with some new led light., But they stay on when i click left or right on the switch, and my horn doesn't work either. Can you please help?

do you have suficiant charge in the battery? were the old indicators the standard kawasaki ones? if so you you must replace the relay with 1 for led indicators, the old relay expects that when you turn on the indicators it will have to suply 12 volts at 42watts, this is not the case with led indicators, i think the horn is coinsedental and not related to the indicator fault, poss needs replacment horn

I've got a honda cbr600rr 07, I've fitted LED indicator lights to the bike and resistors to slow the indicators down, however their still flashing to fast so ive read up to change the relay, I've found...

the thing that controls your indicators should make a clicking sound when they are turned on, try changing your bulbs back to the stock lights, if that makes no difference replace your unit :)

Just fitted led indicators to 800 valusia

another way to solve the fast flashing is to have all led incators and they should flash at the same speed

LED Indicator Problems & Flasher Relay?

Modern Ducatis (and cars) don't have a conventional flasher. The blink rate is controlled by the dash cpu. The blink rate change is used to indicate that a bulb is out (by sensing low resistance). Using a resistor will fool the cpu into blinking correctly.
