Original taillight had one black, one blue and one wire red with a yellow stripe. New light has one black wire, one red wire and one yellow wire. Does the red wire or the yellow wire replace the red wire with the yellow stripe on the original?
SOURCE: Wiring Problems
You didn't cut the plastic connectors off the factory wiring, did you? One is gray and one black.... if not, just get to a stereo shop and buy a wiring kit for your car and all colors will match. They're about $10. If you DID..... well..... we have a LOT of work to do....

SOURCE: Wiring on a RCA RJ-45 wall jack
the RJ45 wallplate is not meant for ethernet. It's an 8P8C connector for a phone. Will it work as a network jack? Maybe. I wouldn't use it, but if you really want to try, wire it thusly:
1 Blue --- Orange/White
2 Orange --- Orange
3 Black --- Green/White
4 Red --- Blue
5 Green --- Blue/White
6 Yellow --- Green
7 Brown --- Brown/White
8 White --- Brown
I'd still recommend a CAT5 wallplate with a CAT5 jack.
