2003 Toyota Matrix. The 10 amp fuse in my car keeps popping. It takes out my gauges, power windows, Blower for air and my headlights.

You need an auto electrician to trace the wiring covered by that fuse. Somewhere the wiring harness has rubbed through to the chassis.

Headlight fuses keep blowing

You have a short circuit somewhere in the wiring. Either a cut or bare wire. If not, the headlamp is causing the short. Last resort, use a higher amp fuse (but this may compromise wiring system).

1997 Ford E350 clearance lights don't work

First check the fuse, the clearance lights are not factory in most cases and the wiring gets shorted from poor wiring. Once you replace the fuse see if the lights come on, if the fuse blows right away find the wiring to the clearance lights and disconnect them, if the short goes away it is a I said the wiring is shorted. If you don't have the owner's manual you should be able to download it at the link provided. It should be fuse #10 a 20 AMP in the interior fuse box. http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Ford_Content/catalog/owner_guides/97ecoog1e.pdf

My headlight fuse keeps blowing. The headlights are good but the fuse keeps blowing. I tested them in bothsides. I tested the fuse with know lightbulb installed and it does not blow the fuse.

Have you tested the amps being drawn with all bulbs in the circuit. This can be done easily by the DIY with an amp gauge and a few feet of wire. compare the result to the fuse amperage.

Repair service for AG1000 Zapco Amp.

Is it blowing the three 30 amp on-board fuses?

To have 3 speakers bridged, each speaker must have at least a 12 ohm impedance (assuming that all speakers are connected in parallel). If you're running a load lower than 4 ohms (mono), the amp will likely fail.

The fuses don't blow right away because they are cold at first. As they heat up, they can blow more easily (even though the current draw hasn't increased).
