Front brake locked on Kawasaki 300 atv

They normally will do that if you have lost the liner or pad, when you go to apply the brake becouse of no pad of drum liner brake pads travels to far before it reaches the rotor when it does get there, piston fully extended and it will lock the wheel

air lock in resivoir pump lever and hold then crack brake line at resivoir may need to repeat a few times then move down to brake and bleed

The first things I would check are seized brakes and then transmission condition/fluids. The auto has 2 clutches I believe. Make sure everything is full on fluids

u know that your question features a 600kawa and u r talking about an atv 300 anyway hopefully u have aservice manual if not git one in bookstore or library--r u using enuf torque on that bolt-probly need extension on the ratchet handle plus spray it with wd 40 and maybe tap it resonably with a hammer-wear gloves and take it slow

De-adjust at the lever then adjust up at the brake end leaving a little free play, which can then be altered at the lever end

sounds like that the piston o-rings are warn out. replace them on the master cylinder and get your self a 12 inch tube and a small glass jar loosen the bleeder valve put the tube on the bleeder valve and the other end in the jar put brake fluid in the jar and put it in the reservoir don't let ether run out and keep moving the brake lever it will get the air out of the lines quicker, repeat this for the other side

if its semi just switch the gears all the way down.
