If the service center did a tune up ect., and the engine still has no power I would look at the exhaust. Sometimes the inner pipe of a muffler will collapse making it hard for the engine to blow out the burned gases. While the engine is running at about 2000 rpm, put your hand about 4" from the end of one of the exhaust pipes. Now another pipe. Is the same pressure felt on both pipes? If the pressure on all the pipes is unequal that pretty much tells the story. To be sure, if you can disconnect all the exhaust pipes then ride down the street & back and the bike just got the power back then it the exhaust pipe is definitly the problem. Hope this helps.
