I own a 1996 R1100RT.
Try replacing the starter.
The blinking is due to low voltage and amperage from the battery.
I went through a couple of batteries before the starter died.
Once I replaced the starter the ABS trouble went away.
From what I am able to figure the starter was shorting out and weakening the battery.

SOURCE: my 1994 bmw r1100rs is leaking gas from the breather hoses

Sounds like you need to replace carbi gaskets if that is where it is leeking. Also cheak the tap and the hose are connected if you turn the tap from on to resv to off a few times there may be something lodged in the tap and it may come lose

Abs and traction contol light up

I'd have the brake accumulator checked. Try this. From a cold start, e.g., an overnight stop, release the handbrake (as it also operates the dash berake light), start the engine, and time how long it takes for the brake light on the instrument panel to go out. If it's up near 45 seconds, your accumulator is probably on the way out. They do fail after some years.

My 1995 K75 ABS system has failed. I have checked the sensor gaps and they are fine. What would be the next step.

Locate the blue ABS 3 pin connector underneath the side cover, attach a piece of wire to the MIDDLE pin and other end to good ground such as motor mount bolt. Turn on the ign switch, press front and rear brake levers to extinguish the red bulb checker light in middle of your instruments, ABS lights should start flashing indicating reset mode, now press the ABS reset rocker switch on the handlebar pad and hold for slow count or 10. Release , turn off ignition, remove wire and try it! I have reset units that the dealers said were bad using this method. It unlocks the Cmos chips in the module.
