Is this bike a yamaha rd 350 twin cylinder 2 stroke? if so, its air cooled and you should not be getting a ltr of water.. but it is common for them to have a "oily" fluid come out the exhaust because it is a 2 stroke. but not alot. it comes from the engine not burning all the oil gas mix. does the engine spit and sputter? make sure there is no water in the tank, make sure the air filter is clean and buy hotter spark plugs. also adjusting the fuel air mixture may help. hope this helps...

What causes the black oily stuff on brand new expensive spark plugs

Usually a bad ring or seal inside your engine allowing oil to get into the combustion chamber where the tip of the spark plug is located. Do you notice any smoke coming from the exhaust pipe ?? Do you seem to be adding oil more often ?? If so, the black oily stuff is "engine oil".

Radiator and water container

If you have a auto it may be transmission oil from the oil cooler in the radiator. Having changed the radiator may have removed the original fault but there would be still ,oil in the coolant system that is still coming out. Have the system professionally flushed by a reputable radiator shop and then have the cooler tested in the radiator.

,y 84 nissan 30zx 2+2 is overheating.water pump works took thermostat out completely. there was no leaks in any hoses is this ok

Was the thermostat bad. To check it,put it in pot of water and boil on stove and see if it opens at 180 degrees,if it doesn't then it's bad.Are you sure water pump is circulating, doesn't have to leak to be bad.Is your radiator flowing good, not clogged and do you have a blown head gasket, check oil to see if it is milky. Is white smoke coming out of exhaust pipe. Also how does your spark plugs look like, not oily,I hope.

1995 saturn! new water pump, and coolant. Changed alternator, and battery, changed oil, oil filter. noticed oily substance in overflow container. did a radiator flush, still has red, rusty color somet

Coolant is oil based. The oily mess in the overflow could be very old coolant. Or it could be engine oil from a leaking head gasket.
The rusty stuff on the floor inside the car could be from a leaking heater core.

My 1996 Suzuki Swift Cino is overheating. Replaced waterpump 3 months ago. Stopped overheating until 1 week ago. Replaced the thermostat yesterday and still overheating. Loosing all coolant, but no...

Hello, if you are losing coolant as you say than the most probable place is through your head and into your exhaust system, it is highly likely you have a cracked head or a major head gasket leak. The only other place it can go is if you have a automatic vehicle with the cooler on the bottom of the radiator tank (crack between two tanks), it will go straight into your transmission, you can tell if the transmission oil is overfull and watery (thin and whitish).

Coolant light comes on

Ouch. Been down that road.

Sounds to me like a head gasket problem.

Pull your oil dipstick.

Is your oil watery?

Does your dipstick smell like coolant?

Does your coolant have an oily film on it?

You can have a dye leak test done to confirm it.

Should you be able just to have the head gaskets changed and not the engine, again..insist on thenewest, brand name, top of the line gaskets
available.

Best of luck.
