When you rev the engine and does not go over 3000 rpm is this in neutral or when driving in gear? Some vehicles have a rev limiter to not allow rpm over certain point when in neutral gear but is typically not limited when driving vehicle. This sounds like a very low rev limit but not abnormal if you can get engine to rev higher when driving. You call a drifter so truck must be non US market. Is this engine a 2.5 liter diesel 4 cylinder motor. Might just be your top rev and speed if this is the case.
Its called your heater core, and it is a major job to do because most of the time you have to pull most of your dash out to get at them,I would buy a Haynes repair manual before I started on a job like that one
If the battery is gone(bad), sometimes it will show fully charged (volts are good).. but it has no amperage to "push" the voltage... It takes amperage to make the drifter move... (time for a new battery)... they don't last long...
Mount them so that the label (serfas) is on the right side (gear side) of the bike. They are not specifically directional.
Directional tires will always have an arrow on the side of the tire telling you which way the tire is intended to rotate, there-by telling you which way to mount.
Sounds like you have a fuel delivery problem. First check to see if there is a inline filter from the fuel tank to the carburators that is partially plugged. If not, you will have to remove the fuel valve from the fuel tank and clean the screens on the fuel pick-up tubes. The only other thing that would cause a fuel delivery problem would be the vacuum line from the carburators to the fuel valve has a split causing insufficient vacuum to open the fuel valve.
It's rather annoying but you have to push the lock in about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch. Turn your steering all the way in whichever direction is easiest for you to get to the lock, then turn it back slightly. Then put the key in the lock and push it in like you are trying to insert the key farther. If it does not move easily you are not quite in the right spot.
I had the same problem on my K100. After someone shows you how once it is easy. Good luck.
