    yes. thats where the click is in that blck cube with 2 fuses where battery connects

As paul stated some batteries can not charge, put in a a new one before you change anything else.

Normally due to the over charging the charging batteries get dry and stop working properly and not get charged. Try by replacing it and monitor the charging of the battery.

Well its a pump their isn't really a vacuum their is pressure do to v.o.c's but not enough to push fuel to the engine it needs to be pumped out at about 60 p.s.i

1999 suzuki quadrunner 500 4x4 its starts and idles fine but key (lights off) it backfires key(lights on) doesnt backfire but it doesnt always go like that either. what would it be??
