There is nothing to it just one nut and bolt. make sure you get the right year when ordering the parts even if they are after market.

2009 yamaha 950 v star won't start

Make sure you have petrol, if plugs and fuses are OK do lights work?

If you turn on the lights do they remain bright? Have you made sure the engine stop switch is in the run position. Is the stand switch working OK also is the clutch switch working? Do you have to pull the clutch lever in to start the bike normally if so this could mean the switch at the clutch lever stock is faulty, or come loose. Find the 2 wires that go into the clutch stock and gently pull on them nothing should move. If the wires pull out with the switch connected to them, push the switch back until it clicks. If everything seems OK in that area try spraying some lube between the clutch lever and stock the switch plunger might be sticky and not coming out properly.

I recently purchased a new 09 GSXR 600. Everything is fine except the clutch lever seems too tight.Tight enough where it causes my hand to cramp after short rides around town. Is this normal? Any...

This sounds like heavy duty springs in the clutch. Just have to get used to it. I suspect this is a cable actuated clutch correct? If it isn't then that does sound a little strange. Usually hydraulic clutch lever action is pretty easy... Good luck HDTV GURU JAY

How do I change the spark plugs in my 2004 suzuki gsxr 600

Must lift up your fuel tank then remove spark plug wires and using proper spark plug tool replace plugs. Good enough?

I have a 2006 sv650s and im looking for billet brake and clutch levers and cant find. are they the same as a gsxr or any of the busa

The part number for the stock lever is 57620-27A31. If you do a search on that part number at any of the online dealers that have the microfiche online you will see that exact lever is also used on some other bikes.

Clutch lever removal

You need to loosen the adjustment at the inside of the lever as loose as you can, then use the slack in the cable to bring the holder down and out a small slot in the lever. You should not have to disconnect the cable at the transmission end but if you still find it impossible to remove, doing so will give you a bit of extra slack too.

Top speed 2005 Suzuki GSX R 600?

It depends on weither or not you have any aftermarket stuff put on the bike. My 600 will do 182 but that is with a power commander, acceleration kit, k&n air induction kit, k&n filter, and having it dyno tuned. My buddys stock 600 will do about 166 mph
