Check the fuses too and basically all the wiring, there could be somewhere a loose connection also check the wires at the solenoid switch.

SOURCE: honda cbr 600 wont start

hi, each lead has the specific number on it. if you do this correctly then they genrally give you an idea to where the sit in the coils( the way they bend :-) ) also i believe the coils are better off been attached to the frame once you are sure leads are in corect order and possitioned correctly in the coils.i just presumed the coils neaded earthing. make sure battery is pleny charged as a bad battery can just hinder. it is also very easy to flood the bike so just check the plugs again. if they are unusually wet then dry them off and try again . otherwise maybe try cleaning all electics.

hope this somehow helped

My Karizma ZMR 2010 bike giving black smoke

Usually zmr dont have these kinds of problems.your engine bore is gone thats why your engine oil level is reducing.and the black smoke is coming out...usually these problem occur when you are travelling in higher rpm at lower gear...

Hi, i bought HERO HONDA KARIZMA before 3months and it went through its first servicng only, and it`s pickup has reduced so much and it is giving mileage about 27-29.Thats it. I am very disappointed bec

Ask your friend do an actual milage check, not just an inexact " I get about 40mpg " as he says. What is he really getting? Driving at top speeds is better for an engine than city driving. Have the dealer do a compression check. The valves may need to be adjusted, (minor thing). If riding highway, get a larger front sprocket, i.e.13 tooth sprocket changed to a 14 tooth sprocket. This will help mpg. Driving fast is not good for mpg.

As far as owner maintenance, the best thing you can do for yourself is to ride over to the dealer to pick up a can of chain lube and ask them to give you some instructions in owner maintenance for your bike. They will be happy to show you what you can do and HOW to do it. This includes adjusting the chain. Don't be bashful. Ask questions; "How often is that needed? What do I look for? What tells me I need to bring it in? Can I get those parts here?" Build a relationship with your dealer. You will both benefit more that way than if I just tell you how to do the adjustments.

ENgine heating

I dont think Zma has a water/oil cooling system,so no point of malfunctioning of radiator and components. and you said you have the oil too.  Ok let me give you some tips, that may help you out.
Check your engine oil level, make sure its upto the mark because if its less,it wont be working efficiently. And if its more, then as the bike reaches high temperature, the oil sump needs space to be grow. As the temperature increases the oil level too increases,so make sure its not more than the maximum level. How old is your machine?? If its too old then that may a problem with the piston rings.,so get it checked. Or their may be carbon accumalated on the engine head. Also go through the exhaust cleaning, your exhaust pipe may be choked.

Shall i purchase a second hand karizma

Hi ....... Any vehicle is capable of high milages if well looked after. Main thing to look at is any service history, regular oil changes (very important) and general condition of service parts and fasteners which hold them on. At this milage I'd expect the cam chain to have been changed, along with ALL guides and followers. Make sure bike is cold when you arrive, start it (how easy and no smoke ?) and whilst it warms up have a good look around the bike at consumables (chain & sprockets, tyres, exhaust etc) ...... these are all the things that mount up the cost to replace. If the climate is strong sunlight then paintwork will fade and that alone will not give an indication of the general condition of the machine. Good Luck, let us know how you proceed.
