Fit in a helical, and keep in the same bolt, that should solve your problem

bore a 3/4mm hole as central as you can, either try to thread it,buy an easy out set,or try superglueing a pin, leave overnight and try. if no succes then boring and easy out is only way to go.

If you can bore small hole then put a nut on first, screw in like normal, use bolt to tighten to casing , then undo.

    that was a 3 or 4mm hole

What is the oil capacity on a Kymco Zing 125 please.

I would put in 2 qts and then slowly add part of the third till the level comes up. No bike, not even a big one holds much more than 3 qts oil. But I'm sure you will safe at putting in 2.+. Hope this helps.

Hi i have a ktmco stryker 125 when i take the casing of to see the fiy weel and genarter there was oil in there tahts why no spark is there an oil seal there i can see a all

Yes there is a oil seal behind the flywheel the engine will need splitting .Maybe try draining the oil and starting with the cover off,Kymco are not known for thire quality so may be coming from a crack,be careful with the cover off you dont want to loose a finger ,use a torch if it drips directly from the bottom I expect it is the seal.

Gear oil change

Somewhere on the bottom or bottom outside edge of the gearbox is a drain plug. Drain the oil and put the plug back in place. Somewhere on the top of the gearbox casing, including the left and right outer case covers, you will find a dipstick for checking the oil level. Fill via the dipstick hole. Some bikes don't have an actual dipstick but only have a top plug. Normally you will find it near the kick starter lever. When no dipstick is provided, they expect you to drain the old oil and then re-fill with the amount of oil specified for the bike. Use 10w40 motor oil. NEVER use synthetic oils. They can screw up the clutch.
