Get it up on a ramp , Clank / Knocking can come from anything underneath , SILENCER, EXAHUST PIPES. If the clanking happened since your repair , and not before , take it back to the Garage / Workshop and tell them about the problem
The fork oil should come to just below the bottom of the threads of the bolt by the o ring. do not use regular motor oil as it doesn't have the correct viscosity that fork oil has. Make sure both forks have the same amount of oil to prevent an unbalanced feel to the front end
is it leaking at the front of the motor were the timing belt covers are....is very front of the engine even though it is transversely mounted.if it seems to be coming from higher than that check for a plug PCV valve vacuum hose, or other breathing or oil flow restriction
Welcome to the world of 2-strokes. It is normal to have some oil residue build up each time it runs. You have to wipe them up frequently. You could have the dealer check to be sure the oil injector is set correctly but DO NOT attempt any adjustments of your own. Always use the highest quality 2-stroke oil you can afford. Enjoy riding like a bat-out-of-hell...
hi buddy that cylinder is missfiring on idle basdically not running this can be cause by a blocked jet or mixture wrong on the cyclinder take the carb off unscrew the 2-4 bolts on the bottom so the bowl comes off and clean it out inside the jets etc and re install if still the same get back to me
does the element heat up then turn right back off after a few seconds? if so, there is 2 sensors that control the heat element, one is in the duct right after the fan. when this sensor senses too hot, it will shut down the heat element. either your sensor is bad, or the lint is not getting out, causing the heat to build up in the duct.
