For all 615, 616 (4cyl) and 617 (5cyl) through 1985 model year is:
cold intake 0.10mm or .006in
exhaust 0.35mm or .014in
hot intake 0.15mm or .007in
exhaust 0.40mm or .016in

join a real isuzu forum google just like that.
or go to your isuzu dealer and buy the book on that engine. works.

this is a USA forum and our isuzu dealers sell only these huge NPR heavy trucks hear.

seems its in a C240 huge truck ? is that your truck, A huge C240?

valve clearance can be set at .012" inlet and .014" exhaust

The valve clearance (cold) is 0.40 mm (0.0157 in) for both exhaust and intake.

the valve clearance is intake .006 exhust .010 they must be set with engine cold passenger side is the intake driver side is the exhust send me your e-mail and i will send you the procedure.

This is the specs for the 4H Diesel engine:
Intake valves clearance cold 0.4mm(.016inches)
Exhaust valve clearance cold 0.4mm(.016inches)

.14mm on both intake and exhaust valve.
