first is the tire straight? you can slide the right side back a hair by loosing off the bolt and pulling it back to make it not rubb but it might not track right so that why i asked if it is strate.

The bike has led a hard life. This takes a toll on the clutch friction plates. Just install a new set of fiber friction plates and all should be well. When installing the plates also check the springs. You may want to install new springs as well.

have you pulled the clutch in ? maybe it thinks its still in gear adjust the neutral switch, ,maybe the starter is sticking can you by pass the start button with a wire from the battery to starter,
