Loud ticking noise coming from motor and motor runs rough.

codes p 300 is a random/ multiple misfire===causes spark plugs---HT leads ---injectors/s--ignition coil/s--low compression---wiring
codes p 301,303,305 are misfires detected for no 1,3 5 cylinders === causes listed are engine mechanical fault---wiring---ignition/fuel systems ---injectors---ECT/MAF sensors---ECM
You do not mention if this is a v6 engine in which case no 1,3 5 will be all in the one bank head
With the loud ticking noise that amounts to a mechanical fault associated with that bank
could be loose valve seat inserts , cam lobes failure or cam follower failure or hydraulic lifters problem even loose cam shaft bearings / caps
I would be inclined to remove the rocker cover and check for metal , loose bolts , excessive valve clearance before I went plugs etc
the main indicator for the answer is the loud ticking noise which indicates a valve train problem which will cause the rough running

Sounds like the valve lifters are taking longer than normal to pump up with pressure. Getting the motor cleaned out and de-sludged would help. also use good quality oil after the cleaning.

the ticking , if you hear it on the top of the motor, will be a rocker arm,, it could be plugged and not getting oil, if its coming from lower down in the motor, it is possibly a stuck valve,, or a rod bearing , if its a ticking noise its more than likely the rocker assembly,, if its more of a knocking noise its lower in the motor

judging by the description i would say more likely the coupler
its a three peice part that sits between the mototr and transmission, kinda like a clutch,
anyway it is easily repaired

type in your model number.....

check inj thay do click but not very load but becuase it might be it damaged it is doing this

Check the oil! A ticking noise is most commonly a sign that there's a lack of oil running through the motor. Start the car and listen for general vicinity of the ticking noise. If the oil is fine and the noise is coming from the engine, there are oil additives that will quiet the noise. Pull the large hose off of the throttle body that come from the air filter and clean all the carbon out of there if is real bad pull the throttle body so you can get to both sides and clean use carb cleaner

How long have you ran the engine ? I know that they will run rough and sometimes make strange noises for a few secounds or a little bit untill everything get oiled up again. I would make sure all the push rods are back in the right place and that all the lifters are tight.
