The cart will not go not sure it's wired up right

has a short wiring going on grounding out somewhere.. trace your hot wires and make sure their is not bare spots anywhere.

Its been a wile but if I remember right it goes from the solenoid under the cart (pass side) to the key switch (the other wire is probably volt meter) then micro switch,green wires from micro switch to controllern. Inspect all spade connections

Look under the cart and make sure the wires to the motor are good.

You have the motor hooked up in reverse, you need to switch the two wires leading to the motor in order to fix it.

unplug machine from power outlet.

open scanner and take all carts out. leave scanner open when reconnecting to power.
wait a minute. close scanner and wait til machine demands carts. palce carts into position and make sure they are secured.
watch display and give the right answer by pressing the right number!

make sure your ink carts are in the right way...believe it or not ive made the same mistake and also make sure the color carts are in the right place!!!!
