I think u can replace it by 220's headlight and any bajaj authorised service center can do this job but just to tell u that the 220's headlight works out well in terms of design because it goes well with the fairing on the tank. If u try to put it on 150 then probably it would not go with the tank of 150 in terms of flowlines and it will also look big and bulky.Do remember that the headlight assembly unit of 220 have a different wiring mechanism as the headlight comes with a Xenon projected lamps. U will have to change the wiring system of your 150 by 220's one and will cost u big bucks. But if money is not a constraint for u then u can always go ahead and do this job on your bike.

I speak from experience, I have a 180cc Pulsar, me and my wife both travelled on the 180cc together, we commuted approx. 100km daily and had fuel efficiency of approx 35km/l on the 180cc, I think you might still get about 30km/l on the 220cc, if it is only you travelling on the bike, the 180's top speed(with a bigger front sproket, 17 instead of 15) was about 125km/h(not pussing it in the red)
Hope this help to make up your mind, personally I would go for the 220 if it is speed you want

the cost of pulsar 200 doom is approx 2300 including the reflectors and it could be easily fitted on a pulsar 150 just by welding a few points on the fuel tank or you would even go for a new 220 fuel tank for 2800. hope this helps.
