Engine won't Idle and runs rough. I ran some Sea Foam through her still with no luck seems to sputter out. Checked and cleaned / regapped plugs air filter is fine. 11500 mi. any ideas?

The cylinders are numbered as on the spark pack you changed. You might have done better putting the seafoam in the tank as an injector cleaner. Not sure why you changed so many parts, you seem to know how to get the codes from test connector lead hookup and the blink pattern. You might also want to check the fuel rail pressure and the crank and cam angle sensors. Before replacing the injector, swap the #4 injector with the adjacent one and see it the code moves with the injector or stays put. If the code stays on #4, then check the injector wiring, if it moves clean or replace the injector.

You need to sync the carbs after removing them it wont idle if they are out of sync.
When were the valve clearances last checked? It wont idle if they're out.
If you alter the valve clearances you shd sync the carbs after

This sounds like a vacuum leak or a timing issue.

sometimes if you run out of fuel it can **** all the **** into the fuel filter causing slight fuel starvation making the engine run hotter as believe it or not fuel also has some cooling and lubing effects on your engine thus giving you sone smoke out of your exhaust as it's trying to burn off the carbon in your tailpipe.
Know it's a long shot but it may just be this.
