SOURCE: I need oil for yamaha tri-moto 175

If the motor is a two stroke, (and i am sure that it is), you need to stop riding until you fill the tank with TWO STROKE ENGINE OIL . Riding without oil will quickly cause the engine to seize up. If not using an automatic oil pump, then mix the gas and oil 32 to 1. That equals 4 ounces of TWO STROKE ENGINE OIL to one gallon of gas. NEVER use motor oil in the gas. Only two stroke engine oil.

Use 10w40 motor oil in the gear box. Don't use any synthetic oils, oil marked "EC", or oil with "special" additives. Stick with the major brands; Pennzoil, Quaker State, Mobil or Shell.

SOURCE: how does the tank come off on a 2001 suzuki vz800 marauder

first take off the seat
when the front seat is removed you will clearly see 2 10 mm bolts holding down the tank...
you must also disconnect the fuel lines at the fuel shut off switch, i plug them with golf tees

SOURCE: 91 kawaski 4 wheeler won't start

first are you getting spark?second are you getting fuel? to check the spark take out the plug and put it back into to cap(holder) do not touch the plug and turn over the engine.you will see a small spark.if not you starter coil is bad.to check the gas look under the carb there will be a overflow hose by the overflow hose is a flathead screw, open it if no gas comes out you will need to take out the carb and replace the float valve.

1993 Suzuki 4hp 100.1 how much oil per gallon

the manual shows for a 100 :1 mix the ratio is 4 ounces of oil to 3 gallons of fuel
there are two engines and one is 50: 1 ratio so that would be 8 ounces of oil to 3 gallons of fuel
there is a pdf version workshop manual at www.motoren.ath.cx and it gives the ratios for all of the 4hp suzuki outboards and the oil to use

What type of oil does 1997 Suzuki VS 800 take

Depends on the driving.
If you live where it is really cold ( it gets down to O degrees Fahrenheit), you should probably use a 5W-20.
If the lowest temperature you drive in is 32 degrees, 5W-30.
If you drive in above 50 degrees, you could use 10W-30.
These "weights" ( viscosities ) are standard for most gasoline vehicles.

2-wheel ATV 4-wheeler won't go forwards but will go in reverse

If this is an automatic 4-wheeler, the shifting fork will bend when shifting from fwd to rev. or vis-versa. because your not completely stopped when you change directions. (kids do this to mine so many times I am tired of changing the darn thing) The part costs appx $50. Looking at the old part you can't tell it's bent.... If it's a manual tranny then your linkage is worn and needs adjusted.

Is there a web site for my sons 4 wheeler that might have a jet kit or anything else that, anything that might make his bike faster. he has a suzuki quadmaster 50 year between 2000 to 2002. thank u for...

A jet kit isnt going to help unless the current fuel mixture is incorrect. Usually the simplest go fast tip is a new muffler that is less restrictive than the genuine one, and then rejet the carb to match the new muffler. dont forget to upgrade the brakes and suspension as well it you get it going faster, as four wheeler cause more serious injuries each year than two wheel bikes.

How do i change the oil...how much and what kind of oil do i use?

Manufacturer recommends "Suzuki Performance 4 Motor Oil". Actually, any SF or SG rated oil under the API service classification will suffice. 10W-40 is the recommended viscosity.

If you can not get 10W-40, the following are acceptable:

14 to 104 degrees F 20W-50
0 to 104 degrees F 15W-40 or 15W-50
-4 to 104 degrees F 10W-40 or 10W-50
-4 to 86 degrees F 10W-30

The Engine oil capacity on the VL 800 is:

3.2 U.S. Quarts (3000 ml) without a filter change

3.6 U.S. Quarts (3400 ml) with a filter change.

You are going to need a motorcycle lifting jack stand or similar device to properly accomplish the oil change. Before you start, locate the oil filter on the front side of the engine, between the engine block and the radiator. Read and copy down the number on the filter. The OEM filter is a Suzuki 16510-03G00-X07, I think.

Start raising the bike on the stand until level, then strap it securely to the stand. Put an oil catch pan/can, etc under the drain plug, which is on the bottom of the engine. Remove the drain plug and catch all the oil. Remove the oil filter. Before installing the new filter, lubricate the rubber gasket with a little of the old oil. Install the new filter, re-install the drain plug tightly and then fill with the above specified type and amount of oil.

There are a number of different places that will accept waste oil for recycling.

God bless and good luck!

750 gsx annual maintenance

600 mile service. Change oil adjust brakes, clutch, and chain. evey week check your fluids and tires. I dont remember what service is after 600 but change your oil more often than not. 3K for conventional and 5k for synthetic is the usual agreement. Other than your oil, cables, and chain. I dont think your next service is till 10K miles I THINK. If you have a torque wrench its a good idea to put all your bolts into spec every week or two, espically the rear axle nut(36mm 72.5lbFT)
