SOURCE: bike won`t start.

Your Crank Position Sensor, or Cam Position Sensor is likely to be the problem. If there is no signal from crank position sensor, bike will not fire the coil. ECM has no referance to position of motor. Making timing imposible.

SOURCE: 2007 sporster turn signals flasher , bike wont start

He's right! The key fob for the security system needs a clear signal to the module to disarm the bike. That's why the flashers turn on. If the fob is at the bike, the security module has lost it's memory, or the antenna for the key fob reception is not connected. You also need to squeeze the clutch lever to allow the engine to engage also...new safety feature i think for 07. Hope this helps.

1980 Suzuki Gs450L won't start. I stalled out pretty bad in 4th gear and it won't start back up after. Bike won't even crank over, just makes a clicking noise. Any ideas?

pull the plugs then crank motor you may find one cylinder full of gas and that will keep it from cranking, if it cranks without the plugs allow it to dry for a bit , make sure plugs are dry then install and hopefully GO!

Error code 40, found problem, still wont start

you can disconnect the battery to clear the codes. If I remember correctly the code 40 is indicating an open injector circuit. You might want to check that area as well as the service manual for more detail

Stock 2007 heritage want to put pipes on. what needs to be done so it won' t damage the engine?

Put the pipes on the engine and then take it to a performance oriented shop that has a dynometer and an exhaust gas analyzer. Have them run the bike up and check the fuel mixture at all RPM ranges. If the mixture needs to be adjusted, they'll know what to do. That's the only thing that should need to be checked.

Good Luck

My husband layed over his bike in the driveway on loose dirt this morning and now it won't roll over or attempt to start, any ideas why this might be?

First make sure the battery, cables, and starter weren't damaged. Next check the Kill switch position and Kick stand switch. Hope this helps.
