are you getting spark , fuel and air , one of these your are not getting yes it is that simple , 1 of the 3 is bad

check the ignition system for poor connections or damaged components. have you check the valve timing and ignition timing.

Likely a lean condition. Clean or rebuild the carb then adjust.

Bad air, check air filter. Contact local atv dealer for assistance
