Tried to boost it off still will not start do you think it's my starter or what

Hi and welcome to FixYa,
The description "...series of clicks..." is significant. The battery is not putting out enough current to turn the starter motor. The best way to determine the battery condition is to have it load tested. However, considering eveything else, it would almost always be a failed or about to fail battery.
Incidentally, the alarm has been designed to have minimal current drain when in standby.
Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

The loud click kinda indicates the starter is the problem. A fainter click would implicate the starter relay as the failing component.
Since I can't hear the noise, I would say first check the starter for 12 volts from hot to ground when the ignition is in start position. If you get 12 volts upon this test, then it's most likely the starter relay.
Then check the relay for continuity with starter disconnected from it and the ignition in start position. To find these components, just trace the red cable from the battery.
More info, let me know.
Charlie
P.S. The lights flicker because the battery voltage is dropping when the starter tries to turn over.

On the starting issue alone. It sounds very much like a loose ground connection at the battery or starter perhaps. Sounds crazy but, check you negative connection at the batttery and at the starter. This could explain why it is not a constant issue...yet. Hope this helps, and please post your solution when completed. Thanks,
JP

Check the started, it could be 'dragging' and could need bushes replaced and a general service.
