Your problem seems to be the rear brake disk, change it or have it rectified, you also will need new brake pads.

How to remove the carburetor on a bmw cs 650 motorcycle

I suggest you buy a repair manual. Good to have for all details when you take on repair work on your bike. There should be several available, for example https://www.emanualonline.com/Motorbikes/BMW/F-Series/F650/F650CS/BMW-F650-CS-repair-manual.html

I want to install handlebar risers on my 2003 F650 CS. I think I need a longer brake line, but don't know where I can find one that fits. Any advice? Miguel

You can purchase custom brake lines from Spiegler. Just have to measure the length that you need and tell them what fittings you want installed.

See website for Spiegler

Vibration/Rattling on right side during high speeds

I had a similar problem. The dealer change automatic transmission and differential, but the noise continu. After research on internet i think the problem is the front galiper who create a vibration on the disc wheel and the vibration frequence follow the front axle until interior car. Just press slowly the brake pedal and if the noise stop , that's it the cause i think. I dont change my galiper, but i have a new transmission . :)))
