First remove the screws on the back cover. After that the tank pulls off with the cover. look at the cover on the tank side and you sill see 2 more screws with rubber isolators on them. Remove and tank will come right off.
You may need to get a small punch and hammer or a chisel and hammer and tap on the screw holding down the cover in a counter clock wise direction until the screw is high enough you can get a pair of vice grips on it and finish removing it from the cover.
More than likely you have a defective electric sun roof drive motor. remove the cover on the motor and tap it with hammer handle, if it starts working you need to replace it.
Changing the kick shaft seal is pretty easy, and you might be able to do it without taking the cover off. Remove the kick starter. Get 2 wood screws that will fit in the seal. Drive one wood screw thru the seal, don't go too deep and hit the case underneath. Drive the other screw exactly opposite. Get a pliers in each hand and pull it out. If the screws pull out, move around the seal and try it again.
Grease the inside lip of the new seal before installing. Find a deep well socket close to the same diameter or slightly larger-this will prevent you from drivng it too deep in the case. Install seal over the shaft and using the socket and a rubber hammer, lightly tap it into place flush with the case. Install kick lever and your riding. Good luck!
tap the center of the rotor with a hammer make sure its close to the center or youll warp it its seized on because of the heat from the brakes.one good solid hit is all it should take.
check the drum belt,to do this remove the lower front cover kick plate screws and then the cover will open up like a car hood, remove this then the top cover and see if the belt is broken or the belt tensioner is weak or broken and replace whats bad to get belt tension back to turn drum again
Turn the vac over so the brush is facing up.. There is a cover plate that surrounds the brush.. Take the screws out and remove the cover plate.. Pull up on the side of the brush that the belt is on.. Replace the belt.. The belt goes around the metal shaft and the brush.. Push the brush back in place.. It might be a bit tough going in because the belt causes some tension.. Put the cover plate and screws back in..
