SOURCE: Oil capacity for Kawasaki 1997 ZX6R?

Depends if the oil and filter and oil cooler have been dismantled. If not and only the old oil has been drained it should be approx 4lr's, should state this under the oil filler as a guide. If its a complete strip down and rebuild your'll need at least 4.5ltr - 5ltr's so put in 4.5 and run for 5 mins, then check level

Try this manual, it should cover all your needs. Are you sure you have the correct rating fuse in the box, the manual will solve the problem any way. Good luck:

I need to change my brake fluid on my 2001 zx6r. How do I do this?

If you have a helper, you can have them apply the brake and maintain the fluid level while you bleed the old fluid off. If you don't have help, you can use a hand vacuum pump at the bleeder to draw out the old fluid while ensuring the fluid resivoir is kept full untill you see the new fluid coming through.

Needs help

Sounds like your thermostat is not opening, or your system is clogged. I would start with the thermostat and some fresh coolant.
