SOURCE: want to change belts on roadstar

yes start with the manual, have a good lift for the bike and then be prepared to disassemble the rear tire, and complete swing arm out of the bike to change the belt. This is no job for a beginner!

roadstar seats remove from the key switch, turn left "without" pushing down on the lock cylinder, and you will hear the seat release from the front of the drivers pad.

Im still looking for the fuel pump on my 2005 yamaha roadstar silverado, and fuse if any !

Here are diagrams of the 2005 Yamaha Road Star fuel systems.
First, select your Silverado in the box that says All Trim Levels.

Your 2005 Yamaha ROAD STAR revs your heart Genuine Fuel System parts from...

Once you're done with that, go back on your internet browser and in the box that says Fuel System, click that drop down and select Electrical System, unfortunately, I don't see any fuses in electrical system diagrams, the pump should be part of the electrical system, but I don't see that either in the electrical system diagrams.

My 2004 roadstar lost all power to turn sinals, horn, guages and brakelight with the exception of the headlight and the bike itself runs fine, what could be the problem?

hi
1.there wil be a junction box/relay connecting all these functions. the junction box/relay may be burnt out so the power to the particular parts may be affected so please check the junction box.

2.the wil be fuses for each set of components so check the fuse there is the possiblities that the fuses may be blownout.

3.check weather power to tha relay/junction box is there. check with the multimeter.if you have the power to the junction box the problem is with the junction box/realy. if you dont get power to the junction box itself check the wires coming from the bateery for continuity. may the wire are damaged.
