That is a car not a motorbike. Bikes only have 2 wheels. But you may want to set up the cam and ignition timing. it is only timing that will cause backfires.

SOURCE: 1995 vulcan 800 gas comin out carb intake

This sounds like a carb float being stuck open. Turn off the gas and drain the offending carb. Next, turn the gas back on and sharply tap the float bowl with the plastic handle of a screwdriver as the fuel bowl refills. The goal here is to vibrate the float to free it up. If doing this process a couple of times does not free the float I would remove the carb and clean it with a spray carb cleaner. Pay special attention to the float needle. Clean the air filter then re-mount carb. Next Remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ). Now would be a good time to install an in-line fuel filter if you don't already have one.

Install new stock spark plugs AFTER you make sure that the bad cylinder is getting spark. Be sure to balance and sync the carbs when finished.

Please rate this solution as " FixYa " if all goes well. Thanks

SOURCE: Misfire and backfire at low rpm, runs rough at low rpm

You did not say whether or not this was a carburater engine but from the sound of it one of your jets may be sticking, a good cleaning of the jets will most likely fix the problem, the likely cause is a small build up or piece of debris on the jet.

SOURCE: honda 1300c backfire through carb at wide open

If you have used Dyno jet kit I have had a kit come through with smaller main jets than the stock ones causing it to run way to lean.

Smoking and hesitation when i start it up

check the coolant level. if it is low or empty you have a blown head gasket. On acceleration the leak in the head gasket is causing the rough running and stalling

My 97 honda accord is blowing white smoke and running rough then i went to start it now it wont start

Sounds like either a blown motor (rings need replaced) or a bad head gasket or cracked head.
If the rings are bad your car would have felt like it was losing power because the engine will no longer have the same high compression that it's required to turn the wheels. You may have heard your engine knocking or seen a light blue colored smoke coming from your exhaust as a result of your engine burning up oil in the combustion chamber from the rings leaking.
If your head gasket is leaking or your head is cracked you'd likely find milky looking oil when you drain your oil from water/antifreeze being mixed in and noticed a white smoke coming from your exhaust that is actually water vapor coming through the exhaust.
If your car was running rough when you last shut it off try pulling all of your spark plugs and either cleaning them or replacing them all. A bad head gasket or bad rings can both foul spark plugs. A car will run rough with 1 or 2 fouled plugs, but once enough foul it will no longer run at all just sit and crank over. If changing the plugs get's it started for ya, check your tailpipe first for water, if nothing, change your oil. If no signs of water/antifreeze or milky colored oil then it's probably rings.

My have a blown head gasket on my 2000 Honda Accord V6. What could have led to this problem?

most common causes of blown head gaskets are engine overheating. could be caused radiator cooling fans inoperative, cooling system leaks, clogged radiator passages,or sticking thermostat. if a head gasket is severely blown the cooling system will pressurize very rapidly on cold engine startup. other more rare cases of head gaskets blowing could be loose head bolts. make sure new head bolts are used and torqued correctly if service manuals recommend new head bolts.

I have replaced timing belt and head gasket after having a blown head gasket set tdc and all timing marks but motor backfires and almost starts but will not please help me

Sounds like the timing is 180 degrees out. You would have to unhook the belt and turn the crank 360 degrees and put the belt back on. I hope this helps!

Why does my honda accord smoke reel bad

This is either worn valve stem seals or worn out oil rings. Have someone follow you if the car smokes more as you release the throttle on deceleration it is most likely valve stem seal if it smokes more on acceleration it is worn oil piston rings. If the smoke is white you have a blown head gasket blue smoke means burning oil, black smoke means too rich (to much gas reaching motor)

1994 Honda Accord LX Sedan just started overheating/losing coolant. The engine also idles terribly rough and has for a while now and will cut off sometimes if the A/C is on. Ignition components have been...

You got it... most likely the head gasket...

Other symptoms:
1. White smoke out the tailpipe and excessive water dripping out of it.
2. With radiator cap OFF and car running, there will be frequent bursts of steam and water (careful! it may be violent).
3. Oil dipstick will have a "milky" goo ... that's water mixed with oil.
4. Overheating can be alleviated in an emergency by running with a "loosened" radiator cap.

Check cylinder compression to confirm that two adjacent cylinders have low, and nearly the same pressure. That confirms blown head gasket.

Hope this helps!

Determining if head gasket is blown on a 1994 honda accord Ex w VTec

White smoke out of the exhaust is one indication that the head gasket is blown. Another is to start the car and check the oil on the dipstick. If it's frothy or looks like a milkshake, this is another indication of a blown head gasket. The milky appearance indicates that coolant is in your engine, caused by a bad head gasket. If none of these symptoms occur, then the problem lies elsewhere. Hope this answers your question and feel free to post back with any other concerns or questions. Thank you.
