Hi I have a KTM 65 and it's got oil residue coming out of the exhaust, could it be from too much oil in the fuel? Or too much oil in the oil pan as I just replaced the oil pan bolt and put about 250ml of oil in it, I'm thinking that might be a bit too much?
SOURCE: weak spark.got oil in stator casing.is this ok?

good move will be have the recoil replaced and have the seals around the stator cleaned / investigated / repaired.

SOURCE: how much gear oil does an KTM 85 hold and how do
there should be a sight glass on the gear box to the rear of the casing. The oil should be of an opaque appearence, Sorry can not supply the capacity, try your local dealer for an answer on that one

All engines have a oil level .if too much oil is put in an engine ,above the recomended level then pressure produced when the engine is running will force ouil into places its not meant to go .This will cause oil leaks in any number of places and could cause damage to seals or correct running of the engine .
